This is the exact basketball hoop in Belmar where I dumped 22 points on JR Smith in a summer league and also 27 points on another standout player who started 3 years at Louisville). I remember this because it was the same basket both times. Granted JR Smith didn’t guard me the whole time, but he did get put on PG defense detail after I put in 12 points in the first 5 or so minutes.
Regardless, I quit basketball my senior year and that was the best decision I made in my entire high school career.
