So I’m on Day 23 of my Project Freak diet. The past week or so has been tough because I visited my parents and they don’t have all the necessary protein tools but I still haven’t had a piece of cake, cupcake, cookie, candy, soda, pizza, hot dog, or similar product for the whole time. And to good news: I’ve lost 8 lbs since starting and I’m now working 90% on core-building activities.
The ultimate goal isn’t to lose a lot of weight, but my lofty goal is to (for the first time ever) be able to build some kind of “pack” in the stomach. I don’t care if it’s a 4, 6, or 8. I just want a pack. Not a tub. There also is a minor side goal of being able to dunk a basketball with authority for the first time since high school. I used to be able to 360 junior year and now i can barely stuff it. So while the 8 lb loss is a good accomplishment, I need to amp up for the next 37 days in order to obtain freak status. Let’s doooooo this!
